We understand the feeling when one of your patients has been seen by another dentist. We would like to reassure you that we send all patients back to their original dentist. No derogatory insults regarding other dentists will be tolerated.

If you are unavailable and want us to see a patient out of hours, please be happy to refer them to us and expect the patient to be fully back in your care with a smile on their face.
