What are your opening times?

We are available for appointments 24 hours a day. While our standard operating times are between 7am and 11pm, we can still see you at anytime you like and are more than happy to book patients in 24 hours a day.

For appointments outside of our standard operating hours, we do charge a call out fee to be seen.

Please note:

The call out fee does include the cost for the consultation, X-rays and first line of treatment required to get you out of pain for one tooth. Treatments included can be complex extractions, composite fillings or even the first stage of a root canal to get you out of pain.

How do I book an appointment?

To book a same day appointment please call us on 07400 400 790, alternatively, you can email us on leicester@nightanddaydentist.co.uk or message us via WhatsApp.

We will send you a confirmation text as soon as your appointment has been booked.

Are you registering new patients?

No registration is required. We mostly see dental emergencies and we always send patients back to their own registered dentist. However, if you do not have a dentist and want to be seen, you can contact us on 07400 400 790 to get booked in.

Some home methods to treat the tooth if you cannot access a dentist

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.

Why is toothache worse at night?

Most people suffer from dental pain at night due to the position in which they are laying down, as blood rushes to the head and the pain or swelling in the tooth increases. To avoid this pain, we advise visiting the dentist as they will be able to take X-Rays and provide suitable treatment.

If I go to A&E with toothache will they be able to treat me?

Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as a life threatening emergency so they will not be able to treat you.

However, if you have facial swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe then we advise you to visit A&E.

There is a £50 consultation fee, this includes X-rays and examination.

Any treatment needed there will be a further cost, all treatment is done on the same day.

I am on holiday in the UK can I still book an appointment and be seen?

Yes, we regularly see patients from abroad as they have no dentist here. We welcome all patients; no registration is required. Just give us a call on 07400 400 790 and get booked in!

Where is it?

The practice is based in Westcotes on Narborough Road and is a 5 minute walk from Fullhurst Community collage down Imperial Avenue. And 200 yards up the road from Narborough Road KFC heading towards Leicester City Centre.

If approaching Via the M1, please come off at junction 21 and follow signs for Leicester City centre, this should bring you onto Narborough Road and you should pass a Sainsburys on your righthand side and a few hundred yards after that you should see a Shell petrol/Electric charging station. Head up Narborough road for a Mile and we will be on the lefthand side.
