Safe, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Narborough Road clinic in Leicester.
Wigston is a sizeable town with its own community and services, but dedicated same-day emergency dental care at evenings and weekends is not easy to find locally. Our Narborough Road clinic in Leicester is around 11 minutes by car from central Wigston, and the Arriva 47 and 48 buses provide a regular connection to the city from which Narborough Road is a short hop further. We hold same-day emergency appointments from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week, with no registration and no waiting list.
Whether the issue has developed over several days or has arisen suddenly, call 07400 400790 and we will arrange your appointment. Our team treats every category of dental emergency and also provides routine examinations, cosmetic procedures, hygiene appointments and restorative work for Wigston patients who need a practice with genuine out-of-hours availability.
The journey from Wigston to our Narborough Road clinic is manageable by bus, car or taxi: By bus the Arriva 47 and 48 both run from Wigston Magna northbound towards Leicester city centre, departing every 15 minutes. The 47 runs from South Wigston and Wigston to Haymarket Bus Station, taking around 30 to 35 minutes. From the city centre, the Arriva 50 or 51 continues directly along Narborough Road to stops close to our clinic in a further 10 minutes. By car head north from Wigston along the A5199 Welford Road or South Wigston Road towards Leicester, connect to the city ring road and then follow Narborough Road south-west to our clinic at 259a. The drive takes approximately 11 to 15 minutes. Free on-site patient parking is available at the practice. By taxi a cab from central Wigston to our clinic takes around 10 to 12 minutes and is practical if driving is not an option due to pain or medication.
Yes. Wigston is in the Oadby and Wigston borough, which is a separate local authority from Leicester city. This makes no difference to your eligibility to be seen at our clinic. We have no catchment area and no postcode restrictions. Patients from across South Leicestershire, including Wigston, South Wigston and nearby areas, are treated on exactly the same basis as city residents.
Every category, without exception. A toothache that has escalated from uncomfortable to something affecting your day-to-day life. A tooth that cracks or breaks during normal use. A crown, bridge or filling that detaches. Swelling that builds in the face, gum or jaw. A painful abscess that is tender to the touch. Persistent bleeding from a tooth socket. Or a tooth dislodged by an accident or impact. All of these situations are ones we encounter regularly and resolve during the same appointment wherever possible. Call 07400 400790 and we will book you in.
The £40 consultation fee covers a thorough clinical examination, all digital X-rays required to understand the problem and a clear and detailed explanation of the diagnosis, its cause and the treatment options available to you, along with the cost of each option. Nothing is carried out beyond the consultation without your explicit agreement. If you decide not to proceed with treatment on the same day, the consultation fee still applies for the clinical time and assessment involved.
Yes. Our 0% interest payment plans divide the cost of any treatment into monthly instalments at the original quoted price with nothing extra added. There is no credit check, no deposit required and no minimum threshold for the plan to be available. The reception team will explain the options at your appointment, and you can take as much time as you need to decide.
Before you leave our clinic, our team will go through all relevant aftercare instructions with you in person and provide written guidance where appropriate. This covers what to eat and drink, any medication prescribed, signs to watch for that might indicate a complication, and when to seek further help. If you have any questions after your appointment, you can call us on 07400 400790 and a member of the team will advise you. We are open every day, so there is always someone available if a concern arises.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
