“I was in absolute agony this Sunday afternoon and I randomly found this practice on google. I phoned & they were great from start to finish. I couldn’t wait overnight in that level of pain. It was over an hours drive from my house, but absolutely worth it. Dr Syed got me sorted within half an hour of arriving & I was on my way home, out of pain with a plan to follow up. Highly recommend!!!”

“Simply amazing. No place like it. I had severe pain over the Christmas period and Dr Syed was there night and day. He ALWAYS picked up the phone and was ALWAYS happy to see me again and again until sorted. The only bit of peace I’ve had this Christmas was thanks to him. A thorough, professional service. Thank you so much!”

5 star service, brilliant, friendly dentist, no judgement whatsoever regarding what dental work you might need. Incredibly honest too which isn’t something you come by too often. Thanks for making what usually feels utterly terrifying something easy to deal with.

Some home methods to treat tooth if you can’t access a dentist2023-03-03T10:39:50+00:00

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.

Why is tooth ache worse at night time?2023-03-03T10:40:36+00:00

Most people suffer from dental pain at night due to the position in which they are laying down, as blood rushes to the head and the pain or swelling in the tooth increases. To avoid this pain, we advise visiting the dentist as they will be able to take X-Rays and provide suitable treatment.

If I go to A&E with tooth ache will they treat me?2023-03-03T10:41:35+00:00

However, if you have facial swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe then we advise you to visit A&E.

How to get emergency dental treatment on the NHS?2023-07-11T12:45:11+00:00

If you are registered with an NHS dentist you may be able to get a dentist appointment at your own dentist, however it may not be on the same day. Dental practices generally close at 5 pm so to get an NHS emergency dentist appointment may be difficult.

Out of hours NHS do provide emergency appointments but have very strict criteria such as persistent bleeding and unable to breathe or swallow due to swelling.

If this is the case your NHS dentist should have an alternate local number for you to call in the case of emergency.

Night and Day Emergency Dentist provides private treatment and promises to see you on the same day. You can contact one of the reception staff members on 07400400790 and get an appointment immediately.

There is an initial emergency consultation fee of £50.

Once we do special tests to see what is wrong with the tooth we always discuss all costs before treatment starts. There are no hidden costs.
